Private Studio Sessions
Individual pilates based movement session customized to best suit your needs. Using Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Chair, step barrel) and mat work.
Studio Group Sessions
I teach up to three clients.
Clients are taken through their individual programs at their own pace. Exercises are modified so each client can gain optimal benefits while working safely. And as you progress, so too does your exercise program.
What to expect from your first session
During your Initial Consultation, I’ll take you through a movement assessment to clarify your individual needs and goals. A program is then developed to best suit your requirements. Every class is adjusted in accordance with how your body feels on the day.
You will need to wear confortable clothes and work without shoes.
