Initial assessment
Understanding your needs
Each person, condition and injury is unique. Working with your physician advice and therapeutic program, we are dedicated to helping you recover.
Your assessment includes reviewing your medical history and movement. We provide education and advice to help you manage your condition between appointments which may include exercises to do at home or work.
Our approach to treatment is holistic; the area troubling you is addressed through engaging the whole body.
Private sessions
1 on 1 and duo
Our private sessions are for those who love a more personalised experience. They are especially beneficial to those who require further assistance for specific needs. Benefits may include; better posture, more energy/vitality, increased strength and flexibility.
We work together to improve your overall body balance. Helping you learn and perfect ways to use your body effectively. We address your movement issues and create a program that supports your goals. Including providing you with tools to get out and stay out of pain.

Ease and rebalance
The Melt Method
Ease physical stress and help restore your body. This movement program is suited to any age and level of fitness looking for a gentler, refined and thorough session.
In this class you will learn self care treatment techniques from the Melt Method using soft rollers and balls to ease tension and rebalance the body.
The Melt method was developed with the aim to reducing chronic pain. By working deeper to rehydrate the body's connective tissue, rebalance the nervous system and restore space to compressed joints.
Stay healthy, balanced and continue to feel more at ease.
Strength and mobility
Selected movement techniques
Enhance your mobility and create a stronger foundation to build strength. This program caters to all levels of fitness looking for a low impact yet challenging and effective session. It's also a great complement to any exercise regime.
In this class you will learn from several well recognised and effective movement streams such as pilates. Practice a range of motion on the mat, standing and with supporting props.
This movement program helps you understand how your body moves, increasing your awareness so you can move efficiently and reduce the risk of injury.
