SALOME

Movement guide

Salome is a movement therapist and educator passionate about integrating exercises into everyday life. She believes education is the 1st step towards healing. “When we understand (feel) how the body is meant to move we make better movement choices, incorporating this into our daily lives.” Salome’s begun her training with a Pilates Diploma in 2007, since then she has gain experience in many modalities, supporting her journey towards a holistic approach to movement.

Body worker

Tim’s body work is built upon an informed and responsive sense of touch focused upon the finding and easing of tension from a whole of body perspective. Tim’s training has equipped him with a wealth of effective techniques that can provide a range of service ranging from the lightest to the deepest pressures depending on the individual’s needs.
